Jennifer Schroader, Esq.
Arizona Family Mediator; Review Attorney
Jennifer Schroader, Esq., has degrees from the University of Arizona, University of Central Florida, and Phoenix School of Law. During her time in law school, Jennifer worked for the Arizona Court of Appeals as well as a local criminal defense and family law firm in Phoenix. After law school, she moved to Mohave County where she worked for the Legal Defender’s Office representing clients who found themselves in difficult situations with the law or with the department of child safety. She took some time away from her home state and built a successful family law practice in Washington. She was trained in mediation techniques and practices and participated in family law mediations - sometimes as the attorney and other times as the mediator. After a few years in Washington, she chose to return to her roots and opened Desert View Law in Tucson. Her extensive experience in both criminal and family law matters across multiple states has helped her gain a deeper understanding of the complexity of the law and the practical effects on the lives of the parties involved in family law disputes. She is empathetic and detail-oriented, paying close attention and recognizing that every situation is unique. She is results-oriented and sees the bigger picture, which in turn leads to successful mediations.

Outside of the practice of family law, Ms. Schroader serves on the International Executive Board for Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International (PAD) as the International Vice Justice. Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity is an organization with over 300,000 members. She strives to advance Phi Alpha Delta’s core values of compassion, courage, diversity, innovation, integrity, professionalism, and service in each of her endeavors. She is a firm believer in the mission of service to the student, the school, the profession, and the community and has held other Executive Board positions and previously volunteered as the University of Arizona Pre-Law Alumni Advisor, District Justice for Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada, District Liaison for Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming, and as a national mock trial judge. She is an advocate in the autism community as well, frequently participating in community outreach and programs.
